NSW I02Bluegum Digital operates as a solutions builder, not a staff augmentation shop. We scope, build and deploy complete working systems, then host and maintain them under long-term SaaS or managed service agreements. Every sprint produces a working, testable increment.
Fortnightly status reports are provided as standard. All scope changes are assessed for schedule, budget and risk impact before approval. A risk register is maintained from project inception.
Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and solution architecture. Defines the scope, constraints and success criteria before a single line of code is written.
UI/UX design, interactive prototype and technical architecture sign-off with stakeholders. Ensures alignment before build commences.
Two-week development sprints with a working demonstration at the end of each sprint. Client feedback incorporated continuously to reduce risk of late-stage changes.
Delivery verification, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility review, security checks and UAT with agency stakeholders before production release.
Production deployment to Australian-hosted cloud infrastructure via automated CI/CD pipelines, with rollback capability and deployment verification.
Full documentation, admin training, runbooks and knowledge transfer. Agencies receive everything needed to oversee and operate the solution.
Hosting, monitoring, security patching, maintenance and feature updates under defined SLAs. Typically 3–5 year managed service agreements.

Australian property investors and researchers lacked a unified platform to access, analyse and visualise property market data across multiple sources. Existing tools were too expensive for individual users or limited to single data sources.
Designed and built a full-stack SaaS platform with automated data pipelines ingesting property data from multiple Australian sources, interactive analytics dashboards, user authentication and Stripe subscription management, all deployed on AWS Sydney.
This project demonstrates the same delivery model used for government engagements: end-to-end capability across design, build, data handling, dashboard delivery, hosting and ongoing support.
All deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, keyboard navigation, screen reader testing (VoiceOver, NVDA). Colour contrast ratios 4.5:1 minimum for body text. Automated axe-core testing in CI/CD pipeline.
