Implementation of a cloud-hosted learning management system built on Moodle, covering course and content structure, learning pathways, role-based access for learners, trainers and administrators, completion tracking, automated notifications, certificates and SCORM content support. Scope included data migration from spreadsheets and shared drives, configuration, compliance and completion reporting, user acceptance testing, administrator training, documentation and handover, followed by ongoing support and maintenance under a service level agreement.

Hosted workflow system integrated with an existing student management platform

Development and implementation of a configurable, cloud-hosted workflow system that operates alongside an existing student management system rather than replacing it. Scheduled imports and API integration keep records synchronised, single sign-on gives staff access with their existing organisational credentials, and secure file exchange covers third-party platforms that expose no API. Every interface is documented and monitored with alerting on failure, and the platform is maintained under an ongoing support agreement.

Redevelopment of a public-facing website and content management system on an open-source platform, replacing a proprietary CMS and its licence costs. Scope covered information architecture, a structured content model, editorial workflow and approvals, content migration with a full redirect map, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility remediation, and replacement of downloadable PDF forms with accessible online forms that feed the back office directly. Delivered with editor training, documentation, and ongoing hosting, security patching and support.

Demand forecasting model and dashboard for a strategic planning team

Development of a demographic demand forecasting model and an associated data visualisation tool. The model draws on multiple internal and external datasets, with every assumption documented and versioned so that any published figure can be traced and reproduced. The dashboard presents projections alongside current operational data and facility locations, supports scenario comparison, and provides self-service reporting and export for management and board reporting.

Online application intake and assessment portal for a public-facing service team

Development of a customer portal for online application intake and assessment, replacing submissions sent as email attachments. The portal provides guided forms with validation, save-and-resume, document upload and automated acknowledgement notifications. Staff assess submissions through a configurable workflow queue with status tracking, internal notes and assignment, while applicants check their own progress. Reporting on volumes and turnaround times comes from the same records. Built to WCAG 2.1 AA and responsive across devices.

Design, development and operation of a full-stack SaaS data analytics platform. Automated data pipelines ingest from multiple sources, an interactive dashboard provides filtering, comparison and trend analysis, and user accounts and subscription billing are built in. You get fortnightly status reports by default. Scope changes are assessed for schedule, budget and risk before approval. A risk register starts at project kickoff.

Discovery & scoping

Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and solution architecture. This defines the scope, constraints and success criteria before build work starts.

Design & prototype

UI/UX design, interactive prototypes and technical architecture sign-off with the people who need to use or approve the system.

Build in sprints

Two-week development sprints, each ending with a working demonstration. Changes are made in the following sprint rather than after release.

Release checks

Delivery verification, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility review, security checks and UAT before production release.

Deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Work includes semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, keyboard navigation, screen reader testing, colour contrast checks and automated axe-core testing in CI/CD.

Data sovereignty

Client data can be stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2), an IRAP-assessed environment. Offshore transfer or processing only happens with explicit client approval.

Security

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, least-privilege access and MFA for admin accounts. Dependency scanning and static analysis run as part of normal delivery. Penetration testing is available through specialist subcontractors.
